Ibadon is a website that allows you to book healthcare appointments in Mali so you can live a healthy life! Not sure which service is best for you? Start with our simple 10-question risk assessment, which will then recommend the right service for your needs. After booking, enter your appointment information, the date and time you'll arrive at the clinic where you'll receive your services, and the next steps your doctor will advise you on.
Screening Services:
Clinic-based HIV testing: Visit a clinic for a standard thick smear test (with an HIV counselor).
Mobile HIV Testing: Arrange a home or mobile visit for one of our peer navigators to meet with you in person to perform an HIV test with a simple drop of blood.
HIV Self-Test (OraQuick): A simple oral fluid-based test that you can perform at home. A reactive self-test will need to be confirmed in a clinic.
STI Screening: Visit a clinic for a medical consultation if you have symptoms of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) to obtain a diagnosis: Gonorrhea, Herpes, warts and Syphilis.
Viral load test: For people living with HIV, a viral load test measures the number of copies of the virus in the blood. This test determines whether the virus has been suppressed or has become undetectable in the blood, and therefore cannot be transmitted to others. Visit a clinic to have a viral load test.
Processing Services:
HIV Treatment: For people living with HIV, antiretroviral therapy (ARV) is a single pill taken daily to clear the virus from the body and allow you to live a normal life while preventing the transmission of HIV to another person.
STI Treatment: Consult a doctor in clinic to obtain an accurate diagnosis of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and a medical prescription for treatment.
Prevention and other services:
PrEP: For people who test negative for HIV, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a daily pill that protects you from HIV infection. (Truvada is available)
PEP: For people who may have been recently exposed to HIV (within the last 72 hours), post-exposure prophylaxis is available to prevent HIV from establishing itself in the body. (ARVs are available.)

Client confidentiality is extremely important at Ibadon. Our administration, outreach staff, and counselors carefully monitor clients and manage their information securely. Our partner clinics are accredited by the Ministry of Health and the National AIDS Control Program. Ibadon complies with local health information standards.

Your individual risk assessment responses remain confidential and are not shared with our customer service staff or clinics. We do not collect any personally identifiable information during the risk assessment, so you will remain anonymous. Use the risk assessment to receive recommendations for our sexual health services based on your needs. The risk assessment will ask you to provide information such as your screening history, current HIV status, and other factors influencing your sexual health needs, such as your gender, sexual orientation, and other risk factors. All your responses will remain confidential, and a summary of your data may be used to ensure the availability of our services to everyone and to improve our outreach and service delivery.

Pour prendre rendez-vous, vous devrez fournir votre nom ou pseudonyme, numéro de téléphone, puis sélectionner le service avec lequel vous souhaitez prendre rendez-vous.
